France 5 (pronounced [fʁɑ̃s sɛ̃k]) is a French free-to-air public television channel, part of the France Télévisions group. Principally featuring educational programming, the channel's motto is la chaîne de la connaissance et du savoir (the knowledge network). In contrast to the group's two main channels, France 2 and France 3, France 5 concentrates almost exclusively on factual programming.

Somebody at the corporate office decided to switch payroll companies to cut costs right before the end of the year, which left the entire staff forced to wait 2 months until February to get the Christmas bonus which was promised to us at the time of employment. Advancement isn’t based on merit at all but which managers pocket you are in. Also has a problem with theft and lack of security in the building. Don’t work here if you have a choice to go somewhere else. Cons: The entire management team, lack of care about employees, low compensation"

Inbound Sales Advisor (Current Employee) says"They will hire anyone, so don't expect a lot of the people you're working with and don't expect any trust from your employer. Training is poor and rushed, with very little support. They will drop your if they don't want you and won't bother even making up a plausible excuse, which is opposite what you'll be told on your induction - that Concentrix cares about its people. People end up suffering from anxiety due to various working conditions, but careful if you want time off the destress or have a doctor's appointment, they'll probably fire you for that. Cons: Long hours, team leaders don't care, they'll sack you if they don't like you"

First two weeks were great then after that you are basically left. Managers are horrible, don’t care and the turnover of staff is high. The stress is horrendous. My advice is avoid at all costs. The stress you have isn’t worth the salary. Most unhelpful people ever. Cons: Horrible place to work"

The TL's get into Screaming Matches with their Teammates and there was very Poor Quality Service Support from other AT&T, DTV and Uverse Employees from all over the World and the WAH Program was setup poorly because Customers and Staff Calls were still being Routed Outside of the Hickory Call Center directly to my Cellphone. During covid nothing was done apart from putting a couple of stickers on chairs to not use them, and it took 5 people getting covid in one team to make bigger changes in the company. They don’t tell you nothing to not cause worry, but cause more worry for not! Don’t declare any illness’ as you will still get documented discussions for sickness even though you have a health condition. Cons: Everything"
